Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of TazaBasket and any order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.

1. Who we are

TazaBasket is an online grocery store serving Rudrapur and surrounding areas. You can reach us on 7042636600 or at reckonmarketing000@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order, and the delivery address must fall inside our serviceable area. We may decline orders outside it.

3. Products, prices and availability

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for identification. Packaging, batch and manufacturer artwork may differ from what is shown.
• Stock is limited. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will call you to substitute it or refund that item.
• We never sell above the printed MRP. Where our price and MRP are shown together, the higher figure is the MRP.
• Obvious pricing errors do not bind us — we will contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order by SMS, WhatsApp or phone. We may cancel any order before dispatch — for stock, address, pricing or suspected misuse reasons — and refund you in full.

5. Payment

• Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. Please keep exact change ready where possible.
• If money is debited but your order does not confirm, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. Contact us with the payment reference and we will chase it.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and the free-delivery threshold are set out in our Delivery Policy. Someone aged 18 or above must be available to receive the order.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Perishables and opened items cannot be returned except where damaged, expired or wrongly delivered.

8. Your account and conduct

Keep your contact details accurate and your account details to yourself. Do not misuse the site, place fraudulent orders, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.

9. AI Basket Assistant

Our assistant suggests products and builds baskets automatically. Its suggestions are convenience features, not professional dietary, medical or nutritional advice. Always check the label for allergens, ingredients and expiry before consuming. Please review anything it adds to your basket before paying.

10. Intellectual property

The TazaBasket name, site design and our own content belong to us. Brand names, logos and product packaging belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the goods we sell.

11. Liability

We take responsibility for the goods we deliver. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, network or payment-gateway outages).

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
