Ordering

Do I need an account?
No. Add to basket, enter your name, phone and address, and pay. That is it.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Orders under ₹499 carry a ₹30 delivery fee; above that, delivery is free.

Can I order by phone or WhatsApp?
Yes. Call 7042636600 or WhatsApp us and we will place it for you.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Call us straight away. Before packing, we can usually change anything.

Delivery

How fast is delivery?
Same day for orders placed before the evening cut-off — usually within a few hours. Later orders arrive next morning.

Do you deliver to my area?
Rudrapur and surrounding localities. If you are unsure, call 7042636600 and we will tell you in a moment.

What if I am not home?
The rider will call. If nobody is reachable after two attempts, the order returns to the shop and we will rebook it with you.

Payments

What payment methods do you take?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay — plus cash on delivery.

Is online payment safe?
Payments run entirely through Razorpay over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

Money was debited but I got no confirmation. What now?
Do not re-pay. Banks normally auto-reverse within 5–7 working days. Send us the payment reference on 7042636600 and we will chase it with Razorpay.

Do you charge above MRP?
Never. Where we show two prices, the struck-through figure is the MRP and the bold one is what you pay.

Products

Do the photos match exactly what I receive?
Images identify the product. Brands change packaging regularly, so artwork or batch may differ — the product, size and quantity will match what you ordered.

What if an item is out of stock?
We call you before substituting anything. You can accept the alternative or have that item refunded.

Something arrived damaged or expired.
Tell us within 24 hours with a photo. We replace or refund it. See the Refund Policy.

Basket Assistant & Smart Basket

What is the Basket Assistant?
An AI helper in the corner of the shop page. Tell it a dish — "chole for 4" — and it works out which of our products you need and adds them in one tap. It also answers product questions in English, Hindi or Hinglish.

What is Smart Basket?
Tell it your household size, budget and whether you are stocking up for a week or a month. It plans a full basket inside your budget, does the maths, and fills it for you.

Can I trust what it suggests?
It only ever picks from products we actually stock, and it shows you everything before you pay. But it is a convenience tool, not dietary or medical advice — always check the label for allergens and expiry.
