Refund & Cancellation Policy

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 24 hours of delivery on 7042636600 or WhatsApp — with a photo where relevant — and we will sort it out. That is the whole policy in one line. The details follow.
Cancelling an order
- Before dispatch — cancel free of charge, full refund. Call us as soon as you can.
- After dispatch — we may not be able to stop it. Refuse the delivery at the door and we will refund it minus any delivery cost already incurred.
- Cancelled by us — if we cannot fulfil your order (stock, address unreachable, area not serviceable), you get a full refund, no questions.
What we accept back
We will replace or refund an item if it is:
- Damaged, leaking or broken on arrival
- Expired, or too close to expiry to reasonably use
- Not what you ordered, or missing from the bag
- Sealed and defective
What we cannot accept back
- Perishables (bread, dairy, fresh items) once accepted and in good condition
- Opened, used or partly consumed products, unless the fault was there from the start
- Items reported more than 24 hours after delivery
- Products damaged by how they were stored after delivery
How to raise it
- Call or WhatsApp 7042636600, or email reckonmarketing000@gmail.com, within 24 hours of delivery.
- Have your order reference ready and send a photo of the item and packaging.
- Keep the item and its packaging until we confirm — we may collect it.
Refund timelines
- Approval — usually within 24–48 hours of your report.
- Online payments — refunded to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to show it.
- Cash on delivery — refunded by UPI to a number you nominate, or adjusted against your next order, whichever you prefer.
- Replacement instead — where you would rather have the item, we will send it with your next delivery or sooner.
Failed or duplicate payments
If your money was debited but no order appeared, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank in 5–7 working days. Send us the payment reference and we will follow it up with Razorpay on your behalf.
