Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us, why, and what control you have. We keep it deliberately short and specific.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number and delivery address. We need these to deliver and to call you if there is a problem.
- Order history — what you bought, when, and the amount.
- Payment reference — a Razorpay payment ID and status. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials.
- Basket Assistant messages — what you type to the assistant, sent to our AI provider to generate a reply.
- Basic technical data — your basket is stored in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you check out.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our delivery staff (name, address, phone), Razorpay (payment processing), Supabase (our database host), Cloudflare (website hosting), and our AI provider for assistant messages. Each receives only what their function requires. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
WhatsApp confirmations
If you choose to send your order confirmation over WhatsApp, that message goes through WhatsApp on your device and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. It is optional — your order is confirmed regardless.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes. You can ask us to delete details we are not legally required to retain.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Order records sit behind access controls and cannot be read publicly. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold the data that would be most damaging to lose — your payment credentials.
Your choices

Children
This service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here with a fresh date.
