Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

Rudrapur and nearby localities. If your address falls outside our serviceable radius, we will call you before dispatch and refund in full if we cannot reach you.

Timings

• Orders are taken and delivered 7 AM – 10 PM, seven days a week.
• Same-day delivery on orders placed before evening cut-off. Later orders go out first thing next morning.
• Festivals, heavy rain and local disruptions can delay a slot. We will call you if your order is running late.

Charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 and above.
• ₹30 delivery fee on orders below ₹499.
• Charges are shown in your basket before you pay. No surprises at the door.

Receiving your order

• Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the order.
• Please check the bag at the door — it is far easier to fix on the spot.
• For cash on delivery, keep exact change ready where you can.
• If nobody is available, our rider will call. Two failed attempts and the order returns to the shop; cash orders may then be paused for that address.

Substitutions

If something you ordered is out of stock when we pack, we will call before substituting. We never swap in something you did not agree to, and you can always decline and have that item refunded.
